The Insight analysis page lets you compare all the companies you look after side by side and decide what to do next. Instead of going through clients one at a time, you lay them all out together, and it becomes clear where the weak spots are and whose success you can repeat elsewhere.
- Get a picture of all your clients from three KPI cards
- Spot weaknesses shared across clients from the five-axis radar chart
- Read the two lowest indicators in the bottleneck analysis and decide what to do
- Find at-risk companies and success stories in the per-client AI score table
Opening skill diagnostics
Click Skill diagnostics (スキル診断) in the left sidebar. The URL is /en-US/Consultant/Insights.
If the page is titled Insight analysis (インサイト分析) and the line underneath says it shows your client companies' AI usage, learning activity and skill maturity across clients, you're on the right screen.
What's on the screen
1. Summary (three KPI cards)
The average across all of your clients.
The card suggests 70 or higher as the target. If it's lower, that's your cue to consider revisiting the learning paths.
The total across all of your clients (projects whose phase isn't Completed).
2. Learning signal radar (average across clients)
The radar chart (Learning signal radar, 学習シグナル レーダー(全社平均); five axes, up to 100) shows the indicators that make up the AI adoption index and skill maturity. If the KPI cards are the result, the radar breaks that result down into its causes.
Active rate, 30 days (アクティブ率 (30日))
AI course completion rate (AI学習完了率)
Path progress (パス進捗率)
Average test score (テスト平均点)
Certification rate (認定取得率)
3. Bottleneck analysis (two lowest indicators)
Bottleneck analysis (ボトルネック分析(下位2指標)) picks the two indicators with the lowest scores and shows each with a XX / 100 badge and a short piece of improvement advice in small text. It puts into words the dent you may have noticed in the radar.
As long as you have at least one client company, the two lowest indicators are always shown, even when there's little learning data yet (an indicator with no data shows as 0 / 100).
4. Per-client AI score table
The table is titled Per-client AI scores (クライアント別AIスコア一覧).
- Company name (click it to open the organization's details)
- Members (メンバー)
- AI adoption index (AI活用指数)
- Skill maturity (スキル成熟度)
- Risk (リスク): Needs attention (要注意) or Good (良好)
- Suggested action (推奨アクション), in small text
If you haven't registered any client companies yet, an alert tells you so and explains that insights will appear here once you create a new company.
Common tasks
- In the radar chart, look for the axes that dip inward.
- The same indicators should appear as the two lowest in the bottleneck analysis. Read the advice and decide which client to start with.
- In the per-client AI score table, look at the companies with a Needs attention (要注意) badge.
- Use the text in the suggested action column as a starting point for your next move.
- Click the company name to open the organization's details and plan specific measures.
- If needed, register an action on the improvement proposals page.
- If average skill maturity is below 70, review the quality and amount of the learning paths.
- If the number of active projects is very low, start preparing proposals for new projects.
- If the average AI adoption index is low, use the radar to see whether the active rate or the AI course completion rate is the weaker one.
- Find the companies with a high AI adoption index and skill maturity in the table.
- Look at those companies' organization and project details and form a hypothesis about why they're succeeding.
- Register it on the improvement proposals page as something to roll out to your other clients.
This is where looking after several companies gives you the biggest advantage.
Reading the radar
Growing on every front. Keep doing what you're doing.
People may have the knowledge but not be putting it to use. Create chances to practice by turning it into a project.
People are engaging with the learning but not finishing it. Consider redesigning the paths.
The conditions for issuing certificates may be too strict. Reconsider the requirements.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause and what to do |
|---|---|
| Every axis on the radar is 0 | No learning data has built up yet. It takes time for HR to finish registering employees and assigning paths. |
| The bottleneck analysis shows 0 / 100 | There's no learning data for that indicator yet. Check again in a few weeks, once members have been invited and paths assigned and data has built up. |
| The suggested action in the table is always the same | The suggested action is based on that company's lowest indicator, so it stays the same until a different indicator becomes the lowest. The numbers are recalculated from the latest data every time you open the page, so after changing your approach, give it some time and check again. |
| A client shows Good (良好) but I feel there's room to improve | The automatic rating is threshold-based: a company is marked Needs attention (要注意) when its skill maturity is below 40, or when no member has been active in the last 14 days. Compare the real data with qualitative information (goals and vision) on the organization's details page and make your own call. |
| I have so many clients the table is hard to read | You can't sort or filter the table yourself (it's listed with the lowest skill maturity first). Use your browser's search (Ctrl/Cmd + F) to find a company name quickly. |
