Managing Your Clients – Consultant Guide

The Clients page lists the client organizations you're responsible for as a consultant. Creating new organizations, viewing and editing existing ones, inviting members: all the groundwork for your clients happens here.

Opening your client list

Click Clients (担当企業) in the left sidebar. The URL is /en-US/Consultant/Organizations.

If the line at the top of the page says you can see the AI adoption, skill maturity, and challenges of the companies you look after, and that selecting a company opens its details, you're on the right screen.

What's on the screen (client list)

Header
  • Left: the Client list (担当企業一覧) title
  • Right: the blue New (新規作成) button
Organization cards (three-column grid)
  • Status badge: Pending approval (承認待ち) / Approved (承認済み) / Rejected (却下)
  • Organization name
  • AI adoption index (AI活用指数) (blue bar, 0–100), or a dash (—) if the organization has no active members
  • Skill maturity (スキル成熟度) (green bar, 0–100), or a dash (—)
  • Number of active projects
  • The black View details (詳細を見る) button

If you haven't created any organizations yet, the page says no workspaces have been created yet (まだワークスペースが作成されていません。). That's normal.

Opening an organization's details

Click View details (詳細を見る) on a card. The URL is /en-US/Consultant/Organizations/{organization ID}.

Members (right column)

Add member form (メンバー追加) (top): an email address field and the blue Add (追加) button.

Member table (bottom), titled Members (top 10) (メンバー(上位 10 名)). It shows the first 10 people by invitation or join date, including pending invitations. Columns:

  • Profile picture
  • Email address
  • Department
  • Role badges: Admin / Curriculum / HR / Learner (every one that applies)
  • The blue-outlined Details (詳細) button (opens the member's page)

Common tasks

  1. Click New (新規作成) at the top right of the client list.
  2. The Create a new organization (新しい組織を作成) form opens.
  3. Enter the official name, display name, and country / region. The AI company profile (AI 用会社プロフィール) is optional, and you can fill it in later on the edit screen.
  4. Click Create (作成する), and a new card appears in the list. You're automatically added to the organization as its workspace administrator (this uses one seat).
A new organization starts as Pending approval (承認待ち). It changes to Approved (承認済み) once a Manabu2 system administrator approves it (or to Rejected (却下) if they turn it down). New organizations are created on the Free plan (5 seats).

  1. Click Edit (編集) at the top right of the organization details.
  2. On the edit screen, update the basic information (基本情報), the AI company profile (AI 用会社プロフィール: company overview, vision, mission, values, and extra notes for the AI), and the ROI settings (ROI 計算用の設定: currency, monthly subscription, and average hourly rate). The average hourly rate is used in the ROI calculation for members who don't have their own hourly rate.
  3. Click Save (保存する). You're taken back to the details page with your changes applied.

  1. In the organization details, enter the user's email address in the Add member (メンバー追加) form.
  2. Click the blue Add (追加) button.
  3. The user is sent an invitation email and appears in the member table. Until they accept through the link in the email, they're treated as invited (招待中). New invitees get the Learner role only.
A pending invitation takes up a seat. If there are no seats left, you'll see a message that the seat limit has been reached (シート上限に達しています) and the invitation isn't sent. If you re-invite someone who was previously removed from the organization, they come back as a fresh learner-only invitation; their earlier roles and departments aren't carried over.
Note: You can't add an email address that isn't registered with Manabu2. Ask the person to sign up first, then add them again.

  1. Click Details (詳細) in the member table.
  2. You'll see the member's email, department, job title, status (invited (招待中) / joined (参加済み)), the date the invitation was sent, and the date they joined. On the same page you can change their permissions (roles) or remove them from the organization.

Click Back to workspace list (ワークスペース一覧に戻る) at the bottom of the basic information card in the organization details.

Tips for writing the AI company profile

These five fields are used as prompt context by the AI features in curriculum management (suggesting courses, paths, sections, and lessons, writing lesson bodies, and so on). The more you write, the better the generated content fits the company. It's tempting to leave these fields for later, but the generated content is only as good as what you put here.

Company overview

Sum up the industry, the business, and the size in one to three sentences, for example "B2B SaaS provider for logistics, 300 employees."

Vision, mission, and values

If the company has official wording, paste it in as is. The examples in AI-generated courses will be more consistent.

Notes

List industry-specific terms, topics to avoid, and angles to prioritize as bullet points. For example: "Keep anything about financial regulation general."

Troubleshooting

Symptom Likely cause and fix
A new organization stays at pending approval A Manabu2 system administrator has to approve it. Please wait for approval.
Adding a member says the user can't be found (ユーザーが見つかりません) That email address isn't registered with Manabu2. Ask the person to sign up for Manabu2 first.
The AI adoption index and skill maturity stay at a dash (—) or close to 0 A dash means the organization has no active members. Low numbers mean the client hasn't started learning yet. Ask their HR to register employees and assign paths.
You can't open an organization's details or edit screen Only the consultant who created an organization can open its details and edit screens. Organizations created by other consultants can't be opened.
You want to resubmit after a rejection Use the Edit button to correct the details, choose PendingApproval under Status (ステータス), and save. The organization goes back to pending approval.
