The Learning progress page lets you check every employee's learning status in one place. Where the dashboard gives you the big picture, this page shows exactly who has gotten how far. Open it when you want to find the specific people you should reach out to.
- Read the four summary KPIs and the per-employee table
- Spot employees who are falling behind and trace where they're stuck
- Find bottlenecks at the department level
- Review learning momentum month by month
Opening Learning progress
Click Learning progress (学習進捗管理) in the left sidebar. The URL is /en-US/{organization ID}/hr/progress.
If the line under the page title says you can review employees' learning progress, test results, and course status at a glance, you're on the right screen.
What's on the screen
Overall summary (four KPI cards)
The average learning-path progress (%) across all employees. Underneath: "All employees: N" (全社員 N 名).
The number of people who have finished all of their assigned learning. Underneath: "Total: N" (全体:N 名).
The average path test score.
The number of people who haven't started learning. Underneath: "Before starting" (受講開始前). A high number here means learning hasn't gotten off the ground yet.
Completed lessons trend (six months)
The Completed lessons trend (6 months) (完了レッスンの推移(6ヶ月)) line chart shows how many lessons were completed each month over the last six months, so you can track the momentum of learning activity.
Department progress comparison
Under Department progress comparison (部署別 進捗比較), each department gets its own card. The color alone tells you which departments need attention.
- The department name and its headcount (for example, "Sales" with "12" (12 名) beside it)
- A progress bar, color-coded by progress
- The average progress figure: "Average progress XX%" (平均進捗 XX%)
- Green: average progress of 70% or more
- Blue: at least 40% but under 70%
- Yellow: under 40%
Learning status by employee (table)
The Learning status by employee (社員別学習状況) table lists your employees in five columns.
- Name (氏名): click to open the employee's detail page
- Department (部署): the department they belong to ("—" if none)
- Progress (進捗): a progress bar and percentage
- Test (テスト): their average path test score ("—" if they haven't taken one)
- Status (ステータス): one of On track (順調) / Learning (学習中) / Behind (遅れ) / Not started (未開始)
Common tasks
Staring at the numbers won't change anything. Once you trace where someone is stuck, you'll know exactly what to say to them.
- Scan the progress bars in the Learning status by employee (社員別学習状況) table from the top down.
- Focus on employees with short bars whose status is Behind (遅れ) or Not started (未開始).
- Click the employee's name to open their detail page and see which course in which path they're stuck on.
- In Department progress comparison (部署別 進捗比較), find the departments with a yellow bar.
- Open that department from Departments (部署一覧) in the left sidebar.
- Check each member's progress and share what you find with the department manager.
- Check the Completed lessons trend (6 months) (完了レッスンの推移(6ヶ月)) line chart.
- If it has dropped for two or three months in a row, export a monthly report from Reports (レポート出力) and report it to management.
- The table on this page has no filters of its own.
- Instead, open the Employees (社員一覧) page.
- There you can narrow the list with the Name / Email (名前 / メール), Department (部署), and Learning status (学習ステータス) filters.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| No employees appear in the table | No employees have been added yet. Invite them from Employees (社員一覧). |
| The department section says no departments are registered (部署が登録されていません。) | These cards group employees by the Department (部署) on their profile, so the message appears when no active employee has one filled in, even if departments exist. Set it on each employee's edit screen in Employees (社員一覧), or in the department column of a CSV bulk invite. Adding someone with Add member (メンバーを追加) on a department's page doesn't show up here. |
| Progress stays at 0% | The employee may not have a learning path assigned. Ask your consultant or an organization admin to assign one. |
| Every test score shows "—" | No employee has taken a path test yet. Scores appear once employees reach the end of their courses. |
| Too many employees are "Not yet started" to follow up with | In Employees (社員一覧), set Learning status (学習ステータス) to Not started (未開始), then split the follow-up by department. |
