The Executive Dashboard lets leadership see at a glance whether the investment in your AI training program is turning into results. This guide covers not just where each number sits, but what it means and where to go next from it.
- Get the state of the whole organization from the four KPI cards
- Read the three return-on-investment (ROI) figures
- Decide where to dig when the AI adoption index is low
- Prepare material for department managers or the management meeting
Opening the Executive Dashboard
Sign in to the Executive portal and click Dashboard (ダッシュボード) in the left sidebar. The URL is /en-US/{organization ID}/executive.
You're on the right screen if the page heading reads 経営ダッシュボード (Executive Dashboard) and the line underneath shows your organization's name, followed by a sentence saying you can see company-wide AI adoption, skill maturity and project progress at a glance.
The four KPI cards at the top
These four cards are the first thing you see. Get a rough read on the whole organization here, then look at the breakdown in the sections below.
Calculated as "active rate × 0.5 + AI learning completion rate × 0.5". The active rate is the share of employees who signed in and used Manabu2 in the last 30 days; the AI learning completion rate is the share who have completed at least one AI-related course. The index combines the two into one overall measure.
Because it averages two factors, one of them being strong isn't enough to lift the index. When it's low, start by checking which of the two is holding it back.
The target is 70 or higher. It's calculated as the average of three signals: path progress, average test score and certification rate.
If it's below 70, your next step is to check the five signals — including these three — on the Skill Gap Analysis page.
The average learning-path progress across all employees (employees with no path assigned count as 0%). It shows how far the assigned learning has actually gotten.
Shown as the number of active projects out of N in total. Any project whose phase isn't Completed counts as active. It's a rough gauge of whether learning is connecting to real work.
Return on investment (annual)
The ROI card (投資対効果(年間)) shows how learning investment and results balance out, in three figures. It's usually the first thing people ask about in a management meeting.
Net benefit (value − cost) (純利益(成果 − コスト))
A green upward arrow means you're in the black; a red downward arrow means you're in the red. The ROI ratio (for example, 2.3x) is shown underneath.
Investment (投資額(コスト合計))
The total of the subscription (12 months) + consulting fees + labor cost (for each project, estimated hours per member × the sum of the hourly rates of the members assigned).
Expected value (見込み成果(バリュー合計))
The sum of each project's expected value amount. If any project has none of its ROI inputs (consulting fee, estimated hours, expected value), a warning shows how many.
The four sections below
A line chart that shows learning momentum. It counts, month by month, the lessons completed in your organization's courses over the last six months, including the current month. If there are no completions, you'll see a message saying no lessons have been completed yet (まだ完了レッスンがありません。).
One card per department, showing the member count and a maturity score (the average learning-path progress of the department's members) as a progress bar. This is calculated differently from the department maturity on the Skill Gap Analysis page.
Of the five signals (active rate, AI learning completion rate, path progress, average test score, certification rate), the four lowest are highlighted. The title, value and color (red below 40, yellow otherwise) tell you right away what needs strengthening.
Up to six projects whose phase isn't Completed, highest progress first. Each row shows the project name, phase and a status badge (On track (順調) / In progress (進行中) / Delayed (遅延) / PoC / Preparing (準備中)).
Common tasks
- If the company-wide AI adoption index (全社AI活用指数) KPI card is below 50, check the breakdown.
- Open Skill Gap Analysis (スキルギャップ分析) in the left sidebar.
- The lowest of the five signals (the bottom two) appear there as suggested improvement actions.
- If the ROI card says there are no ROI inputs yet (ROI 計算用の入力がまだありません。), ask your consultant to fill in these two places (the links in the message lead to consultant screens):
- Workspace settings (ワークスペース設定): monthly subscription (月額サブスクリプション), average hourly rate (平均時給)
- Projects (プロジェクト): consulting fee (コンサル費用), estimated hours per member (メンバー1人あたり 見込み時間), expected value amount (見込み成果金額)
- If HR sets individual hourly rates (時給) on each employee's edit page, the labor cost is calculated more accurately.
- Once the inputs are in, go back to the dashboard and ROI is recalculated automatically.
- Click Reports (レポート出力) in the left sidebar.
- Choose monthly, quarterly or annual, and download it as CSV, Excel or PDF.
- The PDF includes the ROI section, so you can take it straight to a management meeting.
- In the AI adoption project status (AI導入プロジェクトの状況) list, look for projects with the Delayed (遅延) badge.
- Open AI Adoption Projects (AI導入プロジェクト) in the left sidebar and look at the same project in detail.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Every KPI shows "0" | There isn't enough data yet. HR may not have finished registering employees or assigning paths. Let your HR administrator know. |
| Net benefit is negative / ROI ratio is below 1x | Investment is larger than expected value. Review each project's expected value amount, or check whether the consulting fees or hourly rates are set too high. |
| The chart doesn't appear | No lessons in your organization's courses have been completed in the last six months. As soon as employees complete lessons, the data shows up for that month. |
| Department maturity says no departments are registered (部署が登録されていません。) | In HR, go to the department list (部署一覧), create departments and add members. |
| You're not sure what a flagged signal means | The Skill Gap Analysis page shows the values of all five signals and suggested improvement actions for the bottom two. The definition of each signal is in the "Making Sense of the Skill Gap Analysis" guide. |
