Welcome to the Manabu2 Help Center. Here you'll find guides on using Manabu2, a learning management system built for the AI era, and on running learning well day to day. Start by opening the card for your role.
- Role guides — start here to see what your role can do
- How-to guides — step-by-step help for each screen
- Curriculum design know-how — the thinking behind why content is built the way it is
Find guides by role
Manabu2 works through several roles working together. Pick the card for your role to find its role guide and how-to guides.
For people who are learning: take courses and keep track of your progress.
For people who invite and manage employees, keep track of learning progress and send out the monthly reports.
For people who create the content learners use: design courses, paths and tests.
For people who check company-wide learning results and return on investment (ROI), and make decisions on them.
For people who support several client organizations at once. Consultants are also responsible for entering the ROI data.
For people who keep the knowledge that Manabu2's search draws on (your organization's published learning content) accurate and easy to find.
For people who connect their own apps and tools to Manabu2 through the API: registering apps, sign-in with a Manabu2 account, API keys and scopes.
Curriculum design know-how
These guides set out the thinking behind building courses, paths and tests: why you build them the way you do. When you're creating content, reading these before the how-to guides will save you a lot of second-guessing.
Not sure what to read first?
| If you are… | We suggest |
|---|---|
| Just getting started | Read the role guide for your role from start to finish (see "Find guides by role" above). |
| Stuck on a screen | Open the how-to guide for that screen from the list in your role's card. |
| About to create content | Read the design principles in "Curriculum design know-how" first. It saves rework later. |
| Running into problems in day-to-day operation | See Common mistakes and how to fix them and Running the improvement cycle after launch. |
